- All packages are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. US Postal Service, Federal Express, and other carriers can be used upon request. Standard shipping, however, is $10.00 for a one pound package sent regular ground service to anywhere in the continental US, regardless of either UPS or Postal Service. We are aware that, in some cases, US Mail is less expensive than UPS but is simply not as convenient or efficient for our customer base and is not our preferred method. International orders are sent by US Postal Service, unless otherwise noted. Please call for specific terms of service, transit times, etc. Postal rates are listed on the www.usps.com website. We will not be held responsible for errors, delays, or acts of God that delay shipments from the carrier.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are committed to customer service and all orders will be filled as promptly as possible, we also offer a 100% return guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with your order, please return for a refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be given the same method as payment is made. To receive a refund, material cannot have been cut, sanded, polished, or otherwise altered in any manner. Certain mosaic abalones, and/or other specific cut materials may or may not receive a full refund. Please call with any questions.
- Ordering
- As you know, we specialize in exotic and rare natural materials and are limited by the realms of nature with regard to the quality and yield of certain natural materials. Please signify minimums with regard to length, width and thickness as many requests that are heavily oversized rarely get fulfilled. Different materials have different maximum dimensions. Please call for details for a specific material.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept the following forms of payment: Visa or Mastercard. Prepayment in the forms of money order or personal check. Paypal, with an additional 5% processing fee per order. All credit card orders need to include: name on card, expiration date, v-code (3 digit code on the back of card) and billing address, if different than shipping address.
- We do ship C.O.D. under the following terms: Payment of the first two C.O.D. orders are required to have certified funds as payment. Thereafter, C.O.D. payment will be accepted in the form of a personal check. Any refused C.O.D. packages or returned checks for payment of C.O.D.’s will result in the suspension of C.O.D. shipment and prepayments will only be accepted.
